||Training will cover: Passing, recognizing the passes weight and the pace on the ball. Wall – passes give and go, two touch and one touch soccer. Dribbling, with moves and change of pace to beat defenders. Selection of the controlling surface. Fast footwork with a change of pace. Turning (when and where to turn). Fitness and stamina work (conditioning) Defending cleverly, covering and supporting players. Set plays (defending and attacking). Functional plays defending and attacking thirds. Shooting in and around the penalty box. Defending in and around the penalty box. All sessions with functional play, developing defending thirds, midfield thirds and attacking thirds.
